Stir-fried Udon Noodle 2
This is the udon noodle stir-fry in dark sauce. I want to recreate hokkein mee but I guess without the lard and crispy pork fat, the flavor is just not there. Furthermore, mine is too dry to be called hokkein mee. It's hard to watch the wok while cooking this because half way through, my daughter did something that called for some spanking action. Thus my sauce evaporated while me running around from one place to another. Oh well, but the result is still delicious though, got a head knock from both hubby and daughter.

waa ching, i really take my hats off! gg to give birth already yet still can cook just delicious meal for family. if it's me, think will come out with lots of excuses just not to cook cuz of laziness. haha.. :P

Yeah I have no choice but have to cook since I can't just marinate some chicken breasts and put it in the oven because my hubby won't eat it. No easy western food for me since he prefers asian food all the way.
We eat out on weekend and when I'm too tired to cook, but can't eat out everyday right? But he will take over the cooking department when I give birth. Hehehe...
OMG...11 days to go only? Already pack your bag ah? Going natural with epi or what? Sending you lots of ELVs!!! Golly...I think your DH and your DD will miss your cooking for a while coz you will be busy with No.2

I'm all for natural. So no pain med. or epi. Actually 7 more days to be exact. Just got my induction date of Oct. 6th in the early morning. One more week and I will meet my new little addition!!
Oh yeah, everything is packed and ready to go. Got everything set up for the new baby as well. Gosh! Don't think I would be able to sleep on Thursday night.
