  9. Butter cake:
    1 tbs self raising flouor
    10 eggs
    500 gr butter
    340 gr flour
    600 gr sugar
mix butter and sugar until melt(sugar)
    Beat eggs until foamy.
Mix flour and eggs into butter.
    Makes a rectangle form.
If you divide the recipe in half makes a small round tin.
you bake it at 180 degree for around 40 min. Use a bamboo skewer to see if it's baked.

If you need any european recipes let me know. My occupation is a chef, trained in Germany. Any questions ask me.

hope you like the recipe,it's a nice cake.
You guys got msn messenger or ICQ?

  10. Thanks for posting the recipe Chef. Elke. Do you mean 1 Tbsp. baking powder? That seem to be a lot of sugar used, a very sweet butter cake right? :P

No, I don't do IM or ICQ, I can't chat with a monkey and a whiny around me (my two daughters).

Thanks for offering your expertise, I would really love to take advantage. But I am not familiar with European cuisine, alas! :(

  14. Hi Chrissy,
You can call me Ching. :)

Oh, I thought you know how to make peanut butter. For homemade peanut butter. You toast the raw peanuts until toasted and then you put it in the food processor and process/pulse until a creamy peanut butter is formed.

What is Hong Bak, is it soy sauce chicken? I will check your blog for the black forest cake recipe!

Sounds very easy to do real Peanut butter, have to try it very soon. You don't add anything else in the peanut butter?
Hope i can put the blackforest cake recipe up tonight or tomorrow....
    cheers
