Before bring it out from the oven, test it with a toothpick first, if the toothpick is wet, it's not cooked, you need to bake it longer. Hope it helps.Little Corner of Minehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09722570387776029291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11497809.post-38921351290563699632011-03-22T16:28:49.695-06:002011-03-22T16:28:49.695-06:00Hi,

Because now they have a newer conversion and it's different from what I stated previously. I think cake flour and AP flour might be a slight different in weight. Frankly, you don't have to use cake flour because this cake is really soft and moist and delicious as it is.Little Corner of Minehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09722570387776029291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11497809.post-41983602736312657762010-03-18T22:08:03.599-06:002010-03-18T22:08:03.599-06:00Hi,

I used the PAM spray for baking (with flour) and let it cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before turning it over. Otherwise, it will break apart.Little Corner of Minehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09722570387776029291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11497809.post-76456711290734689132009-09-28T20:38:42.749-06:002009-09-28T20:38:42.749-06:00Hi

But if you like to experiment, you can try to cut down on a little butter but not sure the result will be as moist. Not sure about apple sauce, I never use this as a substitute in my cake.Little Corner of Minehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09722570387776029291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11497809.post-25600730176958685482008-05-04T20:22:00.000-06:002008-05-04T20:22:00.000-06:00Hi LCOM,I made this green tea pound cake last week...Hi LCOM,<BR/>I made this green tea pound cake last week.
