Shannon, I don't grate, I ...Thanks Belinda. :)

Shannon, I don't grate, I have to slice everything thinly. I usually made a big plate so that we could have few servings because it's so good and I only have the mood to make it during CNY, so got to eat until satisfied. LOL!

Thanks Daphne. You should try to make it too, seriously it's delicious. ;)Little Corner of Minehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09722570387776029291noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11497809.post-23737716771287427472012-02-02T02:51:14.791-07:002012-02-02T02:51:14.791-07:00Loh HEI! I'm lazy, so I grate the vegetables instead of slicing them :P
I did not add the coloured taro strips too. I have deep fried grated sweet potato, it taste good! yeah u are right, i also don't have the urge to make other CNY goodies any other time, just don't have that festive mood :)Shannon @ JustAsDelishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00659685078685949632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11497809.post-8815573613311317612012-02-01T06:56:21.088-07:002012-02-01T06:56:21.088-07:00This is so super cool!!
