I have baked many chiffon cake recipe and always experimenting with everyone recipe but yours turns out really good. I tweaked the recipe a little by increasing the coconut milk to 1 cup (thick) and 1/4 cup canola oil because I didn't want to waste my coconut milk. I baked this in a 9 1/4 inch (23.5 cm)non-stick spring form baking pan. It came out good. Because the cake was big and rose above my baking pan I didn't turn the pan over after baking. It gives me a 2 1/2 inch cake and I could slice it to 2 halves and added pandan coconut fudge. I increase my fudge recipe to 1.5 times since the cake is big. I am really happy with the results.
