Coconut Red Bean Agar-Agar/ Jelly

This is just a simple and delicious dessert to serve to your guests.  Easy to make and delicious to eat, furthermore the look is very presentable.  You can use the pattern knife and cut it into diamond shape as well.

You can use any agar-agar powder and follow the instruction at the back.  Just substitute the water with coconut milk.  Then, follow my recipe.  Hope you like this dessert!

Ingredients:

1/2 canned of coconut cream  (thick cream, not coconut milk)
1/2 canned of sweeten red beans for dessert
950ml water
1 packet of Redman Konnyaku  (or regular box agar-agar powder)
1 cup of cane sugar

Methods:

In a bowl, add in cane sugar and the content of Konnyaku powder, whisk until mix well.

In a medium size saucepan, add in water and coconut cream, whisk until the cream dissolved.  Or you can use 950ml of coconut milk.  Add in the sweeten red bean.  When boiling, turn it to  med-low.  Add in konnyaku and sugar mixture and stir until sugar dissolved.  Pour into 9x13 inch dish, let it cool a bit and then put it in the refrigerator to harden.  The red beans will sink to the bottom, cut and flip it over to serve.
